We make this positioning tool for minimally invasive knee operations that fix the front and back cruciate ligaments. Orthopedic doctors use it to drill bone tunnels in the right spot without mistakes.
The whole tool is 245 millimeters long. The metal rod is 145 millimeters long and 5 millimeters thick. We have two types, one with a 5-millimeter offset and another with a 7-millimeter offset. Laser lines are carved from 20 millimeters to 100 millimeters, and there is one line every 10 millimeters for easy reading. The grip is aluminum alloy, and the rod is stainless steel.
The aluminum grip does not weigh much. Doctors can hold it firmly even when surgeries last a long time. This tool works well for hospital orthopedic units, independent surgery clinics and bulk medical goods suppliers.
Doctors will not need to measure over and over with this tool. It cuts down measurement mistakes, shortens operation time, and lowers the chance of drilling tunnels in wrong positions. The stainless steel rod will not corrode after many rounds of high heat disinfection. The grip has even weight distribution, so doctors' hands do not get sore during long knee arthroscopic surgeries.
