The platform is 480 millimeters long and made entirely of aluminum alloy. Laser lines are marked from zero to 390 millimeters, with a five-millimeter gap between each line. There is a slide track on the platform to adjust positions, and it is meant to be used with soft tissue clamps.
This tool is used for regular tendon reconstruction and tendon repair work in orthopedic operating rooms, and it can be paired with full sets of surgical instruments. When doing surgery, medical staff can slide parts along the track to secure tendons with soft tissue clamps. The laser marks stay visible after many disinfection cycles, so workers can get correct tendon length readings. The aluminum alloy material keeps the platform light even after holding it for hours.
